In this passage, Pastor Brian expounds the sixth trumpet, and teaches why he leans toward the idea that this vision symbolizes the destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans in A.D. 70.

In chapter 10 we see a transition from the main message of Revelation concerning God’s judgment on Israel and Jerusalem, to His work throughout the Church Age. The “little book” appears to be this secondary prophecy, covering chapters 11, 12, and 13, and is marked by three different but equal time designations: 42 months, 1,260 days, and time, times, and half a time.

John’s vision of the two witnesses that seemed to be invincible, ends with them killed by the beast. However, after 3 1/2 days they are raised from dead and called up to meet the Lord in the air. The meaning is probably that the church will be able to propagate the gospel throughout the world, but when their work is finished, the antichristian world powers will persecute the church and silence it by driving it underground. However, God will have the last say by vindicating the church, raising it from the dead and rapturing it at the second coming of Christ.

When the 7th angel sounds the last trumpet, Christ returns, the dead are raised, all are judged, and the kingdom of this world becomes the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ! Hallelujah!

Christ has conquered Satan and has cast him out of heaven where he was the accuser of the brethren. In this message we discuss the three aspects of the Christian’s ability to overcome Satan: he trusts in the blood of the Lamb, he proclaims the gospel of Christ, and he doesn’t love his life when faced with death.

What does Satan use to make war on and persecute the church? He uses two different Beasts. In Revelation 13:1-10, we see Satan summon the first Beast from the Sea. This Beast is governmental systems that persecute the church and seek to coerce them into submission to the State rather than to Christ.

Satan mimics God. God is a holy trinity – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Satan has formed an unholy trinity – The dragon, the beast, and the false prophet. In today’s message we look closely at the False Prophet and see that Satan uses lies, deception, false religion, and lying miracles to bring people unknowingly to align with Satan in his purposes.

Revelation 14 describes the eternal destiny of all people in unforgettable imagery. Those who receive the gospel will enter the Kingdom of Christ with its eternal rest and blessedness. Those who reject the gospel will face the wrath of God with its eternal torment.

In this message we consider the 7 bowls of wrath that are poured out from the Preterist perspective, as God’s judgments upon the apostate nation of Israel.

Who is Babylon, the Great Harlot of Revelation 17 & 18? That is precisely the question we seek to answer in this teaching. After surveying the popular opinions on the matter, Brian shows why he leans toward the idea that the Great Harlot is Jerusalem who will be judged and destroyed in 70 A.D.

In this chapter the Lord shows us a full description of the great harlot and a history of the beast on whom she rides. In this message Pastor Brian identifies the great harlot as Jerusalem (apostate Israel) and the beast as Rome.

In this message, Pastor Brian continues to show what the New Earth will be like according to Revelation 21 and 22. It will be characterized by Joy, Life, and Holiness!

In the Epilogue of the book of Revelation, Pastor Brian pulls out 5 Final Exhortations:
1. We Must Be Constantly Ready for Christ’s Return
2. We Must Understand that Much of the Book was Fulfilled Soon after it was Written
3. We Must Never Bow Down in Worship to Anyone or Anything other than God
4. We Must Join the Spirit in Inviting All People to Come to Christ
5. We Must Never Add To or Take Away From This Book
